100 DAYS UNCONDITIONAL WARRANTY TERMS

Cut and broken by sharp objects
Swelling from impact
Damaged from footpath or wayside

All damages must be inspected by the company upon claim submission.
100 days start from the invoice date of end-user purchase.

2-YEAR OR 50,000 KM. WARRANTY
The warranty is valid for 2 years or 50,000 KM. (whichever comes first), under the following conditions:

The tire damage warranty policy guarantees only the conditions specified in this policy. Any statements that appear in the distributorship contract or in other contracts that conflict consider that message to be void.
The warranty will end when the tire tread wear is only 1.6 mm. with consideration of the initial level of damage. This is at the discretion of the “Company” and inspection of damaged tires must be carried out only by authorized representatives.
The Company and/or the Distributor are not responsible for items that are removed from the vehicle or have been changed by another person after it has been installed.
This warranty will not cover accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from crimes. or intentional acts, fire, theft, or being used in a car race or misuse and/or for the wrong purpose.
The Company reserves the right to terminate and/or amend the warranty policy without prior notice.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED BY THIS TIRE WARRANTY POLICY
KINTO TYRES are not warranted against any damage owing to the negligence of the customer or any accidents which are not attributable and such negligence shall be deemed to terminate this Policy including, but not limited to, the following:

Tires which are removed or reinstalled improperly, with impaired balance, or with a repaired tire/ wheel drum.
Damaged tires with premature or irregular wear due to improper inflation pressure or having been run while flat.
Damaged tires due to flat tires having no air pressure.
Damaged tires due to having been run while flat, having no pressure in tires or the pressure is lower than the determined standard.
Tires with premature or irregular wear due to the defective mechanical conditions of the vehicles, including misalignment, wheel imbalance, and faulty shocks or brakes.
Tires which are installed or used with valves, wheel drums, or wheels that are improper for the type of tires.
Tires which are worn out: the tires which are having the remaining groove depth equal to or less than 1.6 mm.
Tires which have been retreaded or repaired.
Tires which are worn by overloading of the prescribed standard of tire or over-speeding of the prescribed standard as per the tire manual provided by the manufacturing company.
Used and resold tires.
Tires which are stored improperly.
Tires which are not used as per the tire manual provided by the manufacturing company.
Tires which are worn out or damaged by chemicals, fire, flood, accidents, or any change or configuration of cars to be different.
Tires which are bought at stores that are not the distributors of KINTO TYRES or those agents who are not approved by KINTO TYRES.
Tires which are damaged due to the weather and the effect of the atmosphere.

LIMITATION AND TERMINATION OF WARRANTY
The warranty policy for road hazard injuries or damages caused by obstacles or debris shall terminate and/or not cover when used in the following cases:

Tires that have been misused or misused, such as passenger car tires used in pickup trucks or vans. Overloading the tire’s capacity.
Tires fitted to all race vehicles.
Tires with tread delamination from use.
Tires with any foreign material inserted into the tire such as waterproofing foam, etc.
Tires that have been disassembled/improperly assembled Unbalanced tires/pans or patches. The wheel pan does not meet the standards specified by the vehicle manual or uses a defective wheel pan.
Tires installed or used with valves, wheel pans, or wheels that are not suitable according to the tyre type.
Tires that have been damaged or tires worn prematurely or tires that have worn abnormally or tires that have worn abnormally due to the vehicle’s defective mechanical condition, including incorrect wheel alignment, wheel imbalance, and defects in the brake system or shock absorbers. This is due to the owner’s neglect to maintain the condition of the car. Using inappropriate tire inflation rates or moving vehicles while the tires are flat or inflated below the specified standards.
Tires that are subject to the weight of a vehicle that exceeds the specified tire standards or tires of a vehicle that exceeds the specified speed by considering the information specified in the manufacturer’s tire manual.
Tires that have been used and re-traded.
Tires that are damaged or destroyed by chemicals, fire, water, accidents, or from changes or modifications to the shape of the vehicle and suspension to be different from the original.
Tires damaged due to weather conditions and atmospheric effects.

TERMA WARANTI TANPA SYARAT 100 HARI

Dipotong atau pecah akibat objek tajam.
Bengkak akibat hentakan.
Rosak akibat laluan pejalan kaki atau tepi jalan.
- Semua kerosakan mesti diperiksa oleh syarikat semasa tuntutan dikemukakan.
- 100 hari bermula dari tarikh invois pembelian pengguna akhir.

JAMINAN 2 TAHUN ATAU 50,000 KM
Jaminan ini sah untuk 2 tahun atau 50,000 KM (yang mana dahulu), di bawah syarat-syarat berikut:

Syarat Jaminan:

Polisi jaminan kerosakan tayar hanya melindungi keadaan yang dinyatakan dalam polisi ini. Sebarang kenyataan dalam kontrak pengedaran atau kontrak lain yang bercanggah dengan polisi ini dianggap tidak sah.
Jaminan akan tamat apabila kedalaman bunga tayar hanya 1.6 mm, dengan mengambil kira tahap awal kerosakan. Keputusan ini adalah di bawah budi bicara “Syarikat” dan pemeriksaan tayar yang rosak hanya boleh dilakukan oleh wakil yang diberi kuasa.
Syarikat dan/atau Pengedar tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang barang yang dikeluarkan dari kenderaan atau diubah oleh pihak lain selepas pemasangan.
Jaminan ini tidak meliputi kemalangan, kecederaan, atau kerosakan akibat jenayah, perbuatan sengaja, kebakaran, kecurian, perlumbaan kereta, atau penyalahgunaan dan/atau penggunaan yang tidak sesuai.
Syarikat berhak untuk menamatkan dan/atau meminda polisi jaminan tanpa notis terlebih dahulu.

APA YANG TIDAK DILINDUNGI OLEH POLISI JAMINAN TAYAR INI

Tayar KINTO TYRES tidak dijamin terhadap sebarang kerosakan akibat kecuaian pelanggan atau kemalangan yang tidak boleh dikaitkan dengan syarikat. Polisi ini akan terbatal jika berlaku kecuaian, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada perkara berikut:

Tayar yang dipasang atau ditanggalkan dengan tidak betul, dengan keseimbangan yang terganggu, atau dengan dram roda/tayar yang dibaiki.
Tayar rosak akibat haus pramatang atau haus tidak sekata disebabkan oleh tekanan angin yang tidak betul atau digunakan semasa tayar kempis.
Tayar rosak akibat kekurangan tekanan udara sepenuhnya.
Tayar yang digunakan dengan injap, dram roda, atau roda yang tidak sesuai dengan jenis tayar.
Tayar yang sudah haus sepenuhnya: tayar yang mempunyai kedalaman alur tinggalan sama dengan atau kurang daripada 1.6 mm.
Tayar yang telah dibaiki atau diubah suai.
Tayar yang rosak akibat muatan berlebihan atau kelajuan berlebihan daripada standard yang ditetapkan dalam manual tayar pengeluar.
Tayar yang dijual semula sebagai tayar terpakai.
Tayar yang disimpan dalam keadaan tidak sesuai.
Tayar yang tidak digunakan mengikut manual tayar pengeluar.
Tayar yang haus atau rosak akibat bahan kimia, kebakaran, banjir, kemalangan, atau sebarang perubahan konfigurasi kenderaan.
Tayar yang dibeli di kedai bukan pengedar sah KINTO TYRES atau ejen yang tidak diluluskan oleh KINTO TYRES.
Tayar yang rosak akibat cuaca atau faktor persekitaran.

BATASAN DAN PENAMATAN JAMINAN

Polisi jaminan bagi kerosakan akibat jalan raya, halangan, atau serpihan akan tamat dan/atau tidak melindungi jika digunakan dalam keadaan berikut:

Tayar yang digunakan dengan cara yang tidak sesuai, seperti tayar kereta penumpang yang digunakan untuk trak pikap atau van, atau membawa beban melebihi kapasiti tayar.
Tayar yang dipasang pada kenderaan lumba.
Tayar yang mengalami delaminasi bunga tayar akibat penggunaan.
Tayar yang mempunyai bahan asing di dalamnya seperti buih kalis air, dan sebagainya.
Tayar yang telah dibuka dan dipasang semula dengan tidak betul, tidak seimbang, atau menggunakan dram roda yang tidak memenuhi standard manual kenderaan.
Tayar yang haus pramatang atau haus tidak sekata akibat keadaan mekanikal kenderaan yang rosak, termasuk penjajaran roda yang tidak betul, ketidakseimbangan roda, dan kecacatan dalam sistem brek atau penyerap hentakan.
Tayar yang digunakan dengan berat kenderaan melebihi standard tayar atau digunakan pada kelajuan melebihi had yang ditetapkan dalam manual pengeluar.
Tayar yang telah digunakan dan dikitar semula.
Tayar yang rosak akibat bahan kimia, kebakaran, air, kemalangan, atau perubahan bentuk dan suspensi kenderaan yang berbeza daripada asal.
Tayar yang rosak akibat cuaca dan faktor persekitaran.
